  2. I have known Andi for several years. When we first met, Andi was in a leadership program at HBS and grappling with a major life change. Not long after, she followed the call of her heart to Perth, Australia. Not only has Andi undertaken this massive change moving from NYC to Perth, but she has also done so with a heart open to new experiences and major life changes. Things did not go exactly as planned, but Andi has created an even better situation launching her own successful business during the pandemic and in a new country. The unpredictable and challenging are nothing for this intrepid leader. I will not speak to her work as a marketer - it speaks for itself. I will, however, speak to her leadership skills. Andi is a woman leader and role model to look up to.

    Andi actively promotes, partners, and collaborates with others uplifting and connecting across businesses and countries. She actively promotes other women, in a manner that is exceptional. I know, I have worked with many and Andi stands out from the pack. I have never doubted from the day we met that Andi would make a significant mark in the world and she is doing just that.
